Dear Mr. Smith,

I would like to apply for an annual leave from January 25th to 31st.

As you may know the Spring Festival is falling on February 1st this year. It's the most important holiday in China and offers the best occasion for family reunion. However, over the past 3 years I missed the reunions due to tight work schedule. Now that I have wrapped up my work for this year, I would like to go back to my hometown to pay filial piety to my parents and help my sole brother prepare his wedding on January 28th.

It's indeed double happiness for my family that I would like to be part of. Coupled with the official holidays for the Spring Festival, I will have two weeks off which will definitely gear me up for better work in the new year. I'm looking forward to your kind answer.

请假分类

1、事假

职工确因办理工作以外的特殊事项而需要请假,可给予事假。事假时间根据实际情况酌定,但全

年累计一般不得超过一个月。

2、病假

职工确因生病不能坚持工作,可准请病假。

3、婚假

职工结婚,一般准假7天。凡晚婚(男年满25周岁,女年满23周岁)婚假为一个月。因我校实行寒

、暑假休假制度,职工婚假一般应安排在假期。

4、丧假

职工直系亲属去世,可请丧假;丧假一般为3天(路程假除外),若需延长者,按事假对待。

5、产假

女职工正常生育,一般产假为90天。晚育(女年满24周岁)者,产假为100天,男方护理假10天。

在产假期满前领榷独生子女证》的产假延长50天,男方护理假延长5天。女教师产假遇寒、暑假

顺延。

6、探亲假

职工探望配偶或父母,可请探亲假,探亲假均安排在假期。

二、请假程序及批准权限

1、职工请假须写书面申请,说明请假原因,提供必要的证明材料。病假要有县级以上医院出具的

证明、病历、处方。单位接到个人申请后,须在36小时内作出明确答复。

请假必须由本人(本人不在时可由其委托人)在单位办理请假手续,经批准后生效。除特殊原因

外,不得委托他人办理,也不得事后补假。

2、凡产假、婚假、丧假在规定假期内,病假在30天以内,事假在15天以内者均由所在单位领导审

批,报人事处备案。凡请病假年累计超过30天,请事假年累计超过15天者,由所在单位签注意见

后,报人事处审批,审批同意后生效。

3、处级干部除履行正常的请假手续外,还需报党委组织部批准。

4、职工请假期满,须及时到假期审批单位办理销假手续,否则,按超假对待。

5、职工在工作期间因公伤残者,必须在3日内报人事处,治疗终结后由医院作出结论,在治疗和

养伤期间工资照发。当时未报,过后伤病复发者不再办理公伤手续,按病假对待。

三、几点说明

1、请假未准、超假、续假未准而未上岗者或拒不接受组织分配工作者,均按旷工对待。

2、凡寻衅斗殴者,停职期间按旷工对待。

3、各单位必须认真执行请假考勤制度,要有专人负责。各单位须由考勤工作的主办人员,于每月

28日以前将考勤结果汇总,由负责考勤的领导签字,加盖公章后上报人事处。如不按期或如实上

报,一经发现,情节严重的,要追究领导的责任。

4、事假、病假和丧假遇国家规定的公休日不顺延。
